Shannon Steffen, MBA/TM (a.k.a. ShanSteffen) is a tea-snob Philosopher of all things Search Engine (SEO/SEM) and Social Media (SMO) from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. In addition to being passionate and enthusiastic about all thing search engine and social media, Shannon has a wealth of experience in areas not so easily defined.
